After recieving the coveted white flags
Damu Cherry and Lolo Jones were neck and neck in the 100m hurdles, but Cherry outleaned Jones at the finish, much to the shagrin of the crowd. Lolo is from Des Moines and the fans there were crazy about her.
Bernard Lagat for REAL!
Second lap of the men's mile. Lagat was leading at this point, but that man behind him, Boaz Lalang of Kenya, would come from behind to win the race in 3:56.14, Lagat came in at 3:56.38
I got to give him a high five. :)
Bernard Williams! We were sitting right next to the start of the 200, so these were the best pictures I could get.
Wallace Spearman, who won in 20.20 which is the fastest time in the world this year.
