On Saturday I had the great chance to see Mom compete in the Women of Steel sprint triathlon in American Fork. She looked great and looked like she was just out for her everyday workout. She definitely motivated me to hop on my bike more often.
Way to go, Mom, the triathlete!!

She certainly is a "Woman of Steel!" It takes a lot of stamina to compete in a triathalon. We can all be very proud of her.
